About The Position
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining The Cliffs’ standards in the appearance of the tennis courts at the wellness center.
Requirements
- High school or GED
- CPO required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay alert for long periods of time
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
- CPR/AED/First Aid Required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and pull/push 100 lbs.
- Comfortable handling chemicals such as chlorine and muriatic acid
- Must be able to work in the heat and humidity
- Ability to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Responsibilities
- Clean surroundings free of trash, debris, and loose tennis balls.
- Clear courts of all leaves and debris
- Brush courts utilizing drag broom to create a smooth playing surface
- Freshly line courts
- Verify net height of 36” at the center
- Clean and fill shoe cleaning stations
- Freshen ice and water in coolers on service islands.
- Stock hand towels
- Restock bug spray and sunscreen when needed
- Empty garbage cans
- Assist with assorted tasks directed by Raquet Sports Professional
- Assist with Wellness Facility daily operations when Tennis is inoperable
