Racquet Sports Coach
About The Position
Midtown is seeking a Racquet Sports Coach who is passionate about helping members and will foster their love of racquet sports. We exist to inspire people to transform their lives. Requirements
- Relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
- Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
- Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
- NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
- Growth mindset and curiosity.
- Passionate about helping others, see the glass as half-full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.

- Competitive Compensation: Depending on credentials and experience, full-time Midtown coaches earn, including the value of the full-time benefits package, and considering 30 hours of instruction per week, between $65k and $85k, annually.
