About The Position

Responsible for a diverse range of activities involved in the care and maintenance of tennis courts, including semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance. This is a full-time position eligible for a full benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience. The employee may also be assigned other job-related duties and instructions. Requirements

Ability to perform the listed responsibilities in a satisfactory manner.
High school diploma or GED is not required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with tennis courts, particularly clay courts.

Responsibilities

Operate power equipment such as rollers, large brooms, and gas blowers.
Maintain, clean, and repair sprinklers and water supply lines to the watering system.
Clean, refurbish, reline, and level tennis court surfaces.
Change nets and net posts when necessary and check net height daily.
Clean and maintain water fountains, cabanas, seating, and viewing areas.
Operate a golf cart and other light equipment to haul materials, debris, tools, and supplies.
Repair courtside fences, windscreens, and gates.
Maintain the courtside drainage system.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
