About The Position
Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant at our premier tennis facility. This is a full-time position with morning shifts and one weekend day required, starting July 2026.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
- Strong customer service skills (our top priority)
- Reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Previous country club or hospitality experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations at the tennis facility
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate court reservations
- Provide support to tennis professionals as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests
