About The Position

This entry-level position works in the Anodizing Department and is responsible for affixing aluminum pieces of varied sizes onto titanium metal anodizing racks. Rackers work side by side on a line, with no more than an arm’s length between them. Frequently lift and carry boxes of parts weighing no more than thirty pounds. Differentiate between varied sizes, shapes, and styles of pieces. Comply with safety policies and procedures. Wear the required personal protective equipment. Accepts feedback from the Team Leader to ensure the loads are up to safety standards. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes of parts weighing no more than thirty pounds.
Ability to differentiate between varied sizes, shapes, and styles of pieces.
Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures.
Ability to wear the required personal protective equipment.
Ability to accept feedback from the Team Leader to ensure the loads are up to safety standards.

Nice To Haves

HS Diploma/GED preferred
Prior anodizing and/or metal experience a plus
