Racker 1 Weekend Shift 12HR (2nd Shift)
About The Position
The Racker 1 prepares parts for the production process and assists the operator as needed. The role determines job priorities, selects an appropriate racking procedure based on the size, shape, and number of objects, and wires or clips objects to racks or hoists for processing. After processing, the employee removes parts from racks or bars and completes required paperwork according to company and processing guidelines. The position requires following safety guidelines and wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE), keeping the work area clean, and correctly disposing of trash, wires, and hazardous waste. Other duties may be assigned. Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing setting. Applicants must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements before employment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (required).
- Able to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–75 lbs.
- Able to perform physically active work.
- Requires vision, average sight, and touch.
- Must be able to wear PPE.
- Must meet ITAR requirements prior to employment.
- No experience required.
Responsibilities

- Perform other duties as assigned.
