Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Technical training (apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- EPA certification required
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units)
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support
- Keep accurate service records and support additional service areas as needed
