About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Associate Rack Runner positions at our Saginaw store located at 4675 Bay Road in Saginaw. This role offers a pay rate of $15.00 an hour plus the potential for monthly bonuses and provides career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help
• Ability to reach, bend or stoop
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Ability to stand six to eight hours a day
• Reliable means of transportation to report to work on time
• Pleasant, cheerful and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Run 5 racks per hour, getting product into proper place and color
• Process wares and textiles while meeting stock and production goals
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a SMILE!
