About The Position

Pro-Serv Facility Solutions / Pro-Serv Food Equipment is a rapidly growing commercial service company providing Refrigeration, HVAC, Cooking Equipment, Plumbing, Hood & Exhaust, and Facility Services throughout the Carolinas. Our mission is simple — provide fast, professional, high-quality service while building long-term relationships with our customers and team members. We are currently seeking an experienced Rack Refrigeration Technician to join our growing refrigeration division.

Requirements

• Experience with rack refrigeration systems required
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred
• Experience with EMS / controls preferred
• CO2 Systems
• Supermarket Refrigeration
• Hussmann, Hillphoenix, or Zero Zone equipment
• Controls and energy management systems
• Start-ups and commissioning

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot parallel rack systems and refrigeration controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Work on walk-in coolers, freezers, cases, and related equipment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration schematics
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Accurately complete work orders, notes, and documentation
• Maintain company vehicle inventory and organization
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
