About The Position

As Rack Deployment Manager, you will lead rack deployment readiness and execution for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s mission-critical data center environments. This senior individual contributor role is accountable for converting capacity plans and site readiness inputs into safe, predictable rack deployment outcomes across new builds, expansions, retrofits, and high-priority capacity programs. You will partner closely with Site Deployment, Site Readiness, Data Center Operations, Network, Capacity, Construction, Commissioning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Security, and vendor teams to ensure rack-level infrastructure is planned, staged, installed, cabled, energized, validated, documented, and handed off to operations with disciplined execution and minimal operational risk. This role requires strong operational judgment, technical credibility, schedule discipline, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. The Rack Deployment Manager drives deployment mechanisms, readiness gates, issue resolution, and continuous improvement so OCI can scale rack deployment throughput while maintaining safety, quality, security, and uptime expectations.
