Requirements
- 6–8 years of project management and deployment management experience
- Proven success delivering complex deployments across multiple teams or regions
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with structured delivery frameworks and deployment methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project and deployment planning, including timelines, readiness, and resource coordination
- Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth deployment execution
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
- Deliver clear deployment dashboards, status updates, and leadership reporting
- Maintain project documentation, deployment plans, and governance standards
- Support continuous improvement of deployment processes and tools
