About The Position

The R1 Videographer plays a critical role in capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that effectively communicates the brand’s message and engages target audiences. The videographer will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to produce compelling visual stories that enhance brand presence across multiple platforms. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a videographer or video producer with a strong portfolio demonstrating video production skills.
  • Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Other Adobe Creative Cloud Software and Canva or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows from pre-production through post-production.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects.
  • Knowledge of color grading techniques and software like DaVinci Resolve.
  • Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices for digital content distribution.
  • Background in storytelling, cinematography, or related creative fields.
  • Experience working within a corporate or agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of projects including News Stories, promotional videos, interviews, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and develop creative concepts that meet business needs.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio gear to ensure high production quality.
  • Manage post-production processes including video editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for distribution across multiple digital platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies to continuously improve production quality and efficiency.
  • Organize and archive video assets systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
