About The Position

The R&R Operations Planner oversees construction throughout removal and reinstallation (R&R) projects. The role manages Service Subcontracting Partners, coordinates with internal service teams, evaluates R&R scopes, and ensures necessary work orders are executed efficiently. The planner collaborates with Service Subcontractors, the CX Organization, Post PTO Pipeline teams, Design teams, and local field operations to coordinate and execute R&R work. The role is focused on completing customer projects smoothly, cost-effectively, and quickly while keeping customers informed and protecting their satisfaction and confidence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of relevant work experience.
Self-directed, with problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
Ability to manage deadlines.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams.
Ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced work environment.
High proficiency with desktop applications such as G-Suite and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Make decisions on construction work required for full-scope removal and reinstallation, and keep customers informed and satisfied throughout the process.
Manage partner pipelines, cycle time, and capacity to keep projects moving and minimize customer disruption.
Review bids and pricing to ensure they are reasonable and protect the value of the customer's solar investment.
Stay current on AHJ requirements to ensure homes pass inspection after reinstallation.
Assign work based on resource availability, capacity, scheduling lead time, and cost to keep customer timelines on track.
Review completed scopes of work to confirm quality standards are met by internal crews or third-party contractors.
Build strong partner and contractor relationships to support reliable, customer-ready execution of R&R projects.
Manage tasks within SLAs and support escalations to keep customers and internal teams aligned.
Represent R&R Operations in partner huddles with Account Managers to review pipeline health and customer outcomes.
Identify root causes of problem areas and drive improvements that benefit the customer experience.
Coordinate with Design teams to streamline processes and communication for the customer's R&R journey.
