The R-ICMS Community Health Worker position requires individuals who have typically gained the necessary knowledge and skills through a combination of lived experience with homelessness or incarceration AND navigating associated service delivery systems. This includes experience with parole, probation, and community clinics, along with at least six months of experience providing peer support and mentorship to individuals. The role involves connecting with and engaging diverse populations, including LGBT, formerly incarcerated, and mentally ill individuals, and requires knowledge of community resources. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a pay range of $23.00-$26.00 per hour, and reports to the R-ICMS Program Manager.
