R&D- Technician I
About The Position
The R&D Technician I position for the Performance Coatings Group located in Minneapolis, MN, is accountable for the timely development and commercialization into manufacturing of powder coatings that meet the customer’s needs and specifications. The technician will be involved in the efficient operation of the lab, general housekeeping, ensuring a safe work environment and will independently perform tasks as outlined by his/her supervisor/manager. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
