The Interventional Therapies business offers minimally invasive technologies and works to diagnose and treat a variety of cardiovascular conditions. As a Research & Development Technician Associate within the Interventional Cardiology division, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting projects ranging from exploratory research through new product development, including next-generation single-use and capital equipment devices. The Technician Associate Program is a six-month program beginning in mid-May. During the summer, associates will work full-time, 40 hours per week. Once the academic year begins, current students can transition to a part-time schedule that accommodates their coursework, while recent graduates may continue working full-time for the duration of the six-month program. Throughout the experience, you’ll receive multiple program evaluations, check-ins, and development touchpoints to support your growth and provide ongoing feedback. In this role, you’ll contribute to real-world problem solving, design, prototyping, testing, and other R&D activities, with responsibilities aligned to your skills and strengths. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on technician who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute meaningful solutions in a fast-paced med-tech environment.
