About The Position

This internship focuses on coordinating information requests, monitoring R&D project surveys, and managing R&D survey workflows. The intern will communicate with project engineers, subject matter experts, Nissan Tax, and Deloitte to ensure timely and accurate documentation of survey progress. The role also involves identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BBA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skillsets

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information requests with Nissan project engineers and subject matter experts
• Monitor and track the status of R&D project surveys and responses
• Communicate with project owners, Nissan Tax, and Deloitte to manage R&D survey workflows, including reassignments and follow-ups on missing or incomplete surveys
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of R&D survey progress and response tracking
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to the team
• Collaborate effectively across teams and maintain clear, professional communication
