  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to co-design use cases, select PoCs, and define experiment scope, users, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Develop software prototypes to tackle selected use cases leveraging software best practices coupled with modern development toolsets (AI-powered IDEs, cloud infra, etc.).
  • Author experiment briefs including hypotheses, risk registers, rollback plans, and explicit stage gates for decision-making.
  • Set an example of AI-enabled agile delivery by exemplifying to the organization how one can quickly zero in on a problem, propose a clever solution and ship a focused PoC in record time.
  • Measure and analyze results using clearly defined KPIs and baselines to decide whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
