About The Position

This product support role is part of the Flavors & Seasonings Product Development organization, focused on the Core Technology pillar. The position supports innovation and renovation initiatives across the Foods portfolio and contributes to the advancement of global capabilities in Flavors & Seasonings initiatives.

The technician prepares samples for team reviews, sensory panel evaluations, and consumer tests, and partners with R&D engineers and food scientists on innovation and brand stewardship projects. The role also supports lab safety, sanitation, allergen management, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an R&D or manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, personal integrity, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision to complete assigned and self-identified tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Ability to work safely in a lab and industrial environment.
• Basic computer skills.

• Experience in the food or CPG industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead bench-top and pilot plant sample preparation for team reviews, sensory panel evaluations, and consumer tests.
• Partner with and support R&D engineers and food scientists to deliver innovation and brand stewardship projects.
• Work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple project tasks, adapting to changes based on team priorities.
• Ensure the lab complies with GMP guidelines and established operating sanitation standards, including allergen management.
• Participate in team continuous improvement training and skill development activities.
