About The Position

This product support role is within the Flavors & Seasonings Product Development organization, focused on the Core Technology pillar. The technician supports innovation and renovation initiatives across the Foods portfolio and contributes to advancing global capabilities for Flavors & Seasonings initiatives.

The role prepares samples at bench-top and pilot-plant scale for team reviews, sensory panel evaluations, and consumer tests. It also partners with R&D engineers and food scientists to support innovation and brand stewardship projects, while maintaining laboratory GMP and sanitation standards, including allergen management. The technician participates in team continuous-improvement training and skill-development activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an R&D or manufacturing/production environment; food or CPG industry experience is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, personal integrity, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work with limited supervision to complete assigned and self-identified tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Ability to work safely in a lab and industrial environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bench-top and pilot plant sample preparation for team reviews, sensory panel evaluations, and consumer tests.
• Partner with and support R&D engineers and food scientists to deliver innovation and brand stewardship projects.

• Manage multiple project tasks and adapt to changes based on team priorities.
• Ensure the lab complies with GMP guidelines and established operating sanitation standards, including allergen management.
