We are looking for a visionary R&D Manager to lead, scale, and inspire our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that aligns with our strategic vision.

Requirements

5–8+ years in software development, with at least 3+ years in engineering management.
Proven experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Full-time (40 hours/week), with flexibility for nights or weekends if project demands require it.
Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and exposure to AI/ML concepts applied to software development.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery process, ensuring commitments are met with quality and efficiency using Agile and Scrum practices.
Lead, coach, and develop engineering and QA teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
Support and operationalize the adoption of AI-driven tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.
Partner directly with the CEO and Principal Engineer to translate technical direction into actionable execution plans.
Drive recruitment efforts to onboard top engineering talent and establish structured career development plans.
