About The Position

This is a comprehensive 12-week internship in Sherwin-Williams’ Global Supply Chain R&D Division, supporting the R&D Performance Coatings Group. Interns are assigned a mentor, participate as active members of a project team, and complete a technical project that they present at the end of the assignment. Periodic performance reviews and special networking and learning events are part of the experience, which also provides opportunities to work in groups with other interns and co-ops. The tentative start date is May 24, 2027, at the Brecksville Morikis Global Technology Center in Brecksville, Ohio. All hires must pass a background check before employment begins.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) at the time of the internship.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Be willing to work up to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.8.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a Sherwin-Williams research and development (R&D) internship or co-op program.
• Be a rising or current sophomore, junior, or senior at the start of the internship.
• Currently be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
