Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or a related field of study
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
  • Demonstrated experience with Automotive Catalyst and Applied Technology functions
  • Demonstrated experience with Engine calibration
  • Demonstrated experience with Product Design and Product Application for Automotive Catalysts
  • Demonstrated experience with Understanding of the commercial, technical, operational and financial elements of automotive catalysts
  • Demonstrated experience with Planisware system for testing plan and budgeting
  • Demonstrated experience with APQP (Advanced Protocol Quality Planning) structured process for product design and development
  • Demonstrated experience with Automotive emission legislation requirements for North America
  • Demonstrated experience with DoE methodology

Responsibilities

  • Delivers expert work in R, D & I Project & Program Management with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
  • Executes and manages independently one or more projects in all their aspects (definition, budget, communication, implementation and follow-up) according to program and project excellence standards. Manage the budget for the assigned projects.
  • Owns complex tasks in project management, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
  • Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
  • Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentors less experienced colleagues, reviewing deliverables and elevating team standards.
  • May manage relations with external customers in the context of open innovation projects.
