Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or a related field of study
Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Demonstrated experience with Automotive Catalyst and Applied Technology functions
Demonstrated experience with Engine calibration
Demonstrated experience with Product Design and Product Application for Automotive Catalysts
Demonstrated experience with Understanding of the commercial, technical, operational and financial elements of automotive catalysts
Demonstrated experience with Planisware system for testing plan and budgeting
Demonstrated experience with APQP (Advanced Protocol Quality Planning) structured process for product design and development
Demonstrated experience with Automotive emission legislation requirements for North America
Demonstrated experience with DoE methodology

Responsibilities

Delivers expert work in R, D & I Project & Program Management with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
Executes and manages independently one or more projects in all their aspects (definition, budget, communication, implementation and follow-up) according to program and project excellence standards. Manage the budget for the assigned projects.
Owns complex tasks in project management, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
Mentors less experienced colleagues, reviewing deliverables and elevating team standards.
May manage relations with external customers in the context of open innovation projects.
