The R&D Hardware Manager leads the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of automation hardware platforms within Agilent's Automated Productivity Solutions (APS) business. This leader is responsible for building industry-leading automation solutions that improve laboratory productivity. The role oversees multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, fluidics, motion control, and systems engineering. The Hardware Manager drives product innovation, platform modernization, strategic technology investments, and execution of new product development programs across sample preparation, liquid handling and workflow automation.
