About The Position

This role involves utilizing efficient techniques, such as Design of Experiments (DoE), for optimizing formulation concepts. The R&D Chemist will prepare developmental samples, primarily of oils, for R&D projects. Maintaining organized and detailed records of laboratory work and providing comprehensive reports are key aspects of the position. Additionally, there will be opportunities for occasional formal and informal presentations to management and/or customers.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in an R&D environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
