About The Position

The R&D Chemist will be responsible for using efficient techniques, such as Design of Experiments (DoE), for optimizing formulation concepts. This role involves preparing developmental samples of mainly oils for R&D projects, maintaining organized and detailed records of laboratory work, and providing reports. Occasional formal and informal presentations to Management and/or customers are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in an R&D environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
