About The Position

This role offers a starting range of $77,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Chemistry or equivalent
5+ years of inkjet ink formulation experience
Knowledge of inkjet printing processes
Demonstrate strong Math and Science skills
Be Proficient with record-keeping
Have good and effective written, reading comprehension and verbal skills
Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions

Nice To Haves

Dispersion development experience
SAP experience
Knowledge & experience with UV curing processes and formulations

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as customer challenges
Developing new inkjet technologies based on customer needs
Evaluating raw materials and optimize formulations for cost-savings opportunities
Providing technical support to manufacturing
Publishing project reports & other documents direct to sales & customers
Maintaining laboratory equipment
