As a Quote to Cash Solution Architect on the GTM Business Applications team, you will serve as the critical bridge between our business stakeholders and the engineering team. You will own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle — from intake through solution design — and play a hands-on role in Salesforce configuration and administration, with a particular focus on CPQ, Product Management, and Lead to Order processes. This is not a traditional BA role; we're looking for someone who can think like an engineer and communicate like a business partner. This role is based in our New York (SoHo) office. Candidates must be available to work onsite periodically.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of overall professional experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience
  • Strong background in Lead to Order Management business processes and workflows
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams
  • Experience in solution design and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ including Product Rules, Price Rules, Advanced Approval Rules, Custom Pricing Tables, and Product Management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform administration including Flow Automations, Approval Rules, and Sales Cloud functionality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile/scrum delivery environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with asset management, licensing, entitlement, or post-sale operations in Salesforce
  • Exposure to managed packages such as Conga, DocuSign, or Avalara
  • Experience with CPQ data deployments and managing configuration migrations across environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar Salesforce DevOps platforms
  • Data storage industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the engineering team, translating business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements
  • Lead solution design sessions, working closely with Senior Engineers to define the right approach before development begins
  • Own business process mapping across Lead to Order workflows, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Post-Sale operations
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce CPQ administration and configuration including Product Rules, Price Rules, Advanced Approval Rules, Custom Pricing Tables, and Product Management
  • Manage platform-level administration activities including Flow Automations, Approval Rules, and Sales Cloud functionality such as opportunities, quotes, accounts, and contracts
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination in partnership with the engineering team
  • Proactively identify gaps in business processes and propose scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, process flows, and configuration changes
  • Support the offshore transition by capturing and transferring knowledge to incoming FTEs
