About The Position

The Quote to Cash Project Manager will own the delivery of Quote to Cash transformation initiative planning and design. This role involves defining scope across pricing/CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections workstreams. The Project Manager will track deliverables, define success criteria, and drive cross-functional execution across various teams including Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT. This position requires ensuring accountability, supporting Q2C governance, and influencing key business partners. The role also involves supporting program resource planning, budget management, and managing third-party vendors. A key aspect is enabling organizational learning by identifying and codifying Q2C process patterns and best practices, and helping to design the future-state Quote to Cash operating model for Finance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Quote to Cash.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance transformation.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation with clear accountability for business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale Quote to Cash systems and processes including CPQ, contract management, billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and collections platforms.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related area; equivalent experience will also be taken into account.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of Quote to Cash transformation initiative planning and design, including scope definition across pricing/CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections workstreams.
• Track deliverables and define measurement of success criteria such as quote cycle time, billing accuracy, and DSO.
• Drive rigorous cross-functional execution and program delivery across Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT.
• Ensure accountability across teams while supporting and maintaining established Q2C governance frameworks and controls.
• Influence and guide key business partners including Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT teams.
• Act as a credible thought partner to senior executives, effectively representing Q2C transformation priorities and trade-offs.
• Support program resource planning, budget, and resource management.
• Manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners delivering CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition system enhancements.
• Enable organizational learning and capability building through identification and codification of Q2C process patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
• Help design the future-state Quote to Cash operating model for Finance to drive transformation across the organization.
