The Quote Desk Coordinator serves as the central coordination point between Sales and the Quote Desk, ensuring all telecommunications quoting requests are managed efficiently, progressed on time, and communicated clearly throughout the quoting lifecycle. This role is responsible for intake and prioritization of quote requests, creating basic telecom quotes, and acting as the primary interface between Sales and Quote Desk Analysts. Reporting into the Connectivity Services organization, this individual will add significant value by reducing friction and rework in the quoting process and driving consistency and predictability across sales operations. The right person for this role thrive in a fast-paced environment, brings a service-oriented mindset, and takes ownership of keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned. This is a full-time role based in the United States, reporting to the Director, Connectivity Services.
