About The Position

Join a small, lively taco spot inside the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, where we serve up authentic, freshly made tacos to travelers from around the world. This is not fast food, it’s quick service with heart, flavor, and personality. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to help us create a standout experience for our guests. This isn't typical fast food—it's fresh food made with care, served with genuine hospitality.

Requirements

Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Enjoy working with people in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required airport security credentials, including successfully completing any required background screening and badging process.

Flat-Top Grill Experience Desired!
Previous restaurant, grill, or food service experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
Accurately take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
Answer menu questions, including ingredient and dietary information.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining and service area.
Help create a positive experience for every traveler.
Prepare fresh ingredients by chopping, portioning, marinating, and assembling recipes.
Prepare tacos, burritos, and other menu items according to company standards.
Safely operate kitchen equipment, including flat-top grills and fryers.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Restock inventory and assist with keeping the kitchen organized.
Work collaboratively to provide efficient, high-quality service.
Complete opening and closing duties.
Assist with additional tasks as business needs require.
