About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Quick Response Security Officer for call-off coverage in Franklin, Tennessee. This casual role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, surveillance, and other security duties. Officers must be available to cover any shift, including first, second, and weekend shifts. The position pays $17.00 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must have open availability to cover call-offs, including first, second, and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have a state license if required.
