Requirements

• Automotive background or strong interest in the industry
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certification or Technical School (preferred)
• 1+ year of service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Inspect vehicles to ensure systems and components are operating properly
• Check and adjust tire pressure; inspect and top off fluids
• Install oil filters and drain plugs correctly
• Test-drive vehicles when needed
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
