Requirements
- 0–3 years of Service Technician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to learn new technology and operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and basic maintenance per work orders efficiently and accurately
- Inspect and maintain vehicle systems including brakes, tires, and fluid levels
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools when needed
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and time estimates
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
