About The Position

Berger Chevrolet is seeking an additional Quick Lube Advisor to join their award-winning organization. This role serves as a point of contact for customers, aiming to create a positive and efficient Quick Lube experience. The advisor will build customer trust through strong communication, knowledgeable support, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, representing Berger Chevrolet’s dedication to quality, care, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills include data entry, repair order creation, and payment processing.
• Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and efficient.
• Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license.
• Must allow pre-employment screenings, background, driving, and drug test.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation and comply with workplace health procedures as directed by the public health department.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive industry experience in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, promptly addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding their automotive concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations for service needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of services, communicating any specific customer requests or concerns effectively.
• Recommend maintenance per GM guidelines or additional findings that may arise during the service process to customers.
• Educate customers about additional GM maintenance services or products that can benefit their vehicles.
• Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders, ensuring that all customer requests and service recommendations are documented.
• Handle customer payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide customers with a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.
