About The Position
The Mills Automotive Group is seeking several Quick Lane / Express Service Technicians to support their continued growth at Classic Ford of Columbia. This position is ideal for individuals with a basic automotive background and adequate tools for light vehicle service. While experience in quick lane or express service at an independent or dealer is desirable, dealership experience is not required. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
- Conduct basic maintenance and filter services on Ford / Lincoln vehicles
- Perform oil and filter services
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, tire replacements, and tire repairs
- Conduct battery testing and replacement
- Inspect vehicles for needs and service requirements using multi-point inspections and test tools
- Document and report on completed items and those needing further service via repair order and dealer computer system
- Complete and attend manufacturer training as required
