About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join the Kendall Ford of Meridian team. This role is crucial in serving clients and building lifelong service customers by being the first point of contact in the service department. The position operates in a fast-paced environment within a large, family-owned dealership group with a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest. Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Ability to demonstrate time management.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
Proven strong customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task.
General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance.
A valid driver’s license.
A good driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in service writing is not required, but dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying that work performed and diagnosed was done properly.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
Scheduling service appointments.
