The Quick Lane Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting for routine maintenance and light repair services. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with maintenance recommendations and service needs
- Write repair orders accurately and clearly
- Communicate vehicle updates and completion times
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
- Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and follow-up communication
- Help ensure smooth daily workflow within the Quick Lane operation
