At JACK KAIN FORD in our Quick Lane, the Service Advisor is the connection between the customer and the technicians. Requirements

  • Sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and create a great first impression
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of recommendations for labor and parts
  • Present the estimate to the customer
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
  • Build long-term customer relationships
