Requirements

Sales experience a plus
Knowledge of automobiles helpful
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Works well under pressure
Very energetic personality

Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Dependable and motivated
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and create a great first impression
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of recommendations for labor and parts
Present the estimate to the customer
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Build long-term customer relationships
