About The Position

Ford of Lafayette is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors/Service Writers for their Quick Lane department. This role involves interacting with customers regarding vehicle repairs, managing bookings, communicating with technicians, providing estimates, and finalizing invoices. The position is located in state-of-the-art, brand new facilities equipped with the newest technology and equipment, offering a clean and professional work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to work Saturday’s when required
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds

Responsibilities

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
