About The Position
Infiniti of Albuquerque is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing service team. Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor, quick lube, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Write repair orders for maintenance and light repair services.
- Recommend manufacturer-required maintenance and vehicle services.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Deliver completed vehicles and explain all services performed.
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and excellent CSI scores.
