About The Position

This is a full-time, hybrid contract position for a Quartz Operations Engineer – Reliability Support with a strong Linux platform background. The role is for an initial 12-18 month contract duration, located in Pennington, NJ. The position involves supporting the Quartz Platform through monitoring, triage, and ensuring production stability. It is described as an operational role adjacent to, but not a full, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) position. The role requires strong Linux and observability experience, with specific tool experience in Dynatrace and Splunk. Python exposure is required, but not for full development. Familiarity with the Quartz Platform and production support experience are also necessary. The role is hybrid, with an initial 6 months of 4 days onsite/1 day remote, transitioning to 3 days onsite/2 days remote thereafter. This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 Basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ Years of experience
• Strong Linux Platform Expertise Required
• Monitoring + Triage Experience Required
• Dynatrace Tool Experience
• Splunk Experience
• Python Exposure Required (Not Full Development)
• Production Support Experience Required
