About The Position

The Quarterback (Account Manager) role is a solutions provider and the front line to Wisconsin's best builders, involving daily jobsite visits. The ideal candidate is motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and possesses a winning attitude. This role requires someone who loves talking to people, is organized, not afraid to network, and works extremely well with the inside support team and dispatch. Comfort with computers and clear, effective communication skills (phone, text, email) are essential, as a cell phone and laptop will be provided. Responsibilities include typing sales tickets and deliveries, possessing construction knowledge, and properly comprehending and filling out paperwork. As the role grows, there will be opportunities to assist in training and motivating new team members.
