About The Position
Central Stone Company has an immediate full-time opening for a Quarry Plant Operator/Maintenance in the Antonia, MO area. This is a day shift position through the Laborers 110 Union. Candidates must be dependable and available to work overtime as needed. Ideal candidates would be experienced with general manufacturing processes and/or heavy equipment operation and maintenance, but we are happy to train those with the proper mindset and work ethic. This position typically works Monday through Friday – with occasional Saturdays depending on peak season needs.
Requirements

- Experience with general manufacturing processes and/or operating/maintaining heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and/or clean equipment as needed
- While crushing plant is in operation this position will walk around and observe crushers and conveyors for proper function
- Perform clean up using manual means along with operating skid steer
- Assist fellow crew members with plant mode changes
- Operate and monitor all equipment and production in safe and efficient manner
- Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
