About The Position

Requirements

PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Expertise in quantum error correction and a strong foundation in quantum computing.
Research contributions in quantum error correction demonstrated through publications or software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across disciplines.
Scientific programming skills in Python, C++, or a comparable language.

Nice To Haves

Experience designing fault-tolerant logical operations or estimating their resource requirements.
Experience with circuit-level quantum error correction simulation, noise modeling, and logical error benchmarking.
Experimental collaboration or quantum error correction implementation on hardware, especially neutral atoms.
Experience developing high-performance or real-time decoders in software or hardware.
High-performance computing or machine learning applied to quantum error correction.
