About The Position
Offset Strategic Services (OSS), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Quantum Computing Analyst to support Department of Defense customers. The work is based on the University of Tennessee campus in Knoxville, Tennessee. The analyst will assist with research and development of quantum computing algorithms and evaluate quantum computing technologies for their application to military cargo transport problems. Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience researching quantum computing or quantum machine learning technologies.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Eligibility for a Department of War contractor clearance.
- A master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

- University of Tennessee, Knoxville student status is highly preferred.
