About The Position

They are seeking a Quantitative Researcher for their Milan office, to be part of the Channel Performance Service Line. This service line is a global leader in mystery shopping, providing a comprehensive suite of services to measure the performance of physical and digital channels. Their philosophy, "Real Impact through Real Experiences," aims to help clients improve channel performance, ensure brand promise compliance, and stimulate sales growth across all touchpoints. Using mystery shopper and auditor panels, along with advanced technology, they deliver robust insights to help clients enhance customer experience and optimize purchasing journeys for significant and lasting commercial impact.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of prior experience in market research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in quantitative research tools.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Advanced PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently carry out assigned research steps with full autonomy and ownership (e.g., requesting quotes, questionnaire/discussion guide, analysis plan, results analysis).
  • Contribute under supervision to more complex research steps (e.g., proposals and reports).
  • Ensure the correct transmission of information between project stakeholders (e.g., research/operations; research/client), managing work times and fostering good collaboration.
  • Achieve full client satisfaction regarding the assigned individual steps.
