About The Position

The All Options internship program offers a 10-week immersive experience where interns train alongside traders and researchers, participate in mock trading, and undertake real project work in quantitative trading and research. Interns will rotate through trading and research functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of a proprietary trading firm's operations. Each intern will be paired with a mentor for guidance and to tackle live business problems. This internship is described as fast-paced, challenging, and unique.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, junior grade-level or higher.
Open to full-time opportunities upon graduation.
A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading.
Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in or eagerness to learn Python.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Available for an internship starting in June 2027.
Currently authorized to work in the United States.
Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Complete classroom-based training in options theory, market microstructure, and quantitative decision-making.
Sit on a live trading desk and support mentor in real, day-to-day trading activities.
Learn to price options on listed financial instruments and understand trading strategies.
Observe daily trading positions and understand how they are optimized.
Partner with traders and researchers on projects that will impact the business.
Support the improvement of pricing models using statistical and quantitative techniques.
Provide data-driven insights to trading and research teams.
