About The Position

The All Options internship program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of options trading. Over 10 weeks, you will train with experienced traders and researchers, participate in mock trading sessions, and contribute to real project work in quantitative trading and research. You will rotate through various trading and research functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of how a proprietary trading firm operates. A dedicated mentor will guide you through daily tasks and challenges, helping you tackle live problems faced by our trading desks. This internship is designed to be fast-paced, challenging, and highly engaging.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, junior grade-level or higher.
Open to full-time opportunities upon graduation.
A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading.
Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in or eagerness to learn Python.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Available for an internship starting in June 2027.
Currently authorized to work in the United States.
Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Complete classroom-based training in options theory, market microstructure, and quantitative decision-making.
Sit on a live trading desk and support your mentor in real, day-to-day trading activities.
Learn to price options on listed financial instruments and understand trading strategies under the guidance of experienced traders.
Observe daily trading positions and understand how they are optimized.
Partner with traders and researchers on projects that will impact the business.
Support the improvement of pricing models using statistical and quantitative techniques.
Provide data-driven insights to trading and research teams.
