About The Position

This role involves designing and developing digital analytics requirements for digital marketing campaigns and clickstream data. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy A/B tests, evaluate performance KPIs, and develop/maintain dynamic dashboards. Responsibilities also include automating ETL processes, performing data manipulation and optimization, conducting statistical analysis using machine learning and predictive modeling, developing measurement frameworks for new marketing strategies, and designing telemetry and usage tracking solutions. Maintaining data integrity through robust data governance practices and presenting findings to senior leadership are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study.
  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Analytics Lead, Data Scientist, Strategy Analyst, or related occupation.
  • 5 years of experience using causal impact and A/B testing to incrementally study techniques including difference-in-differences analysis and holdout testing.
  • 5 years of experience translating quantitative information into actionable insights and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience calculating, analyzing, and presenting data with Excel using pivot tables, formulas, data analysis add-ons, and VBA programming.
  • 5 years of experience using PowerPoint to present data in multiple chart styles and manipulating how text and charts are presented using formatting tools.
  • 5 years of experience developing interactive dashboards with Tableau, Streamlit, or Google Data Studio that incorporate advanced visualization features and connect to back-end databases.
  • 5 years of experience using SQL, including common table expressions, window functions, and Snowflake SQL.
  • 4 years of experience tracking and analyzing data with Segment, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
  • 4 years of experience performing experimentation design, including defining primary success metrics, using T-test formulas to determine required sizing and minimum detectable lift, tagging tracking events, and pulling data for performance.
  • 4 years of experience using financial modeling and incrementality analysis to develop measurement frameworks.
  • 4 years of experience designing telemetry and usage tracking solutions for business intelligence tools.
  • 4 years of experience using attribution performance measurement methods including weighted contribution, data driven attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • 3 years of experience analyzing and manipulating data using Python with libraries including pandas and NumPy.
  • 3 years of experience using and programming machine learning algorithms with Python packages, including scikit-learn to build classification and regression algorithms and unsupervised clustering and collaborative filtering algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience applying Agile project management principles to define analytics project requirements.
  • 3 years of experience implementing data governance practices using JIRA to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • 3 years of experience designing and deploying A/B tests using Adobe Target Signal.IO or Optimizely.
  • 3 years of experience performing exploratory data analysis within large enterprise Snowflake databases.
  • 1 year of experience building and automating ETL pipelines using Alteryx.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital analytics requirements for digital marketing campaigns and clickstream data.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to design and deploy A/B tests and evaluate performance KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic and interactive dashboards and automate ETL processes.
  • Perform data manipulation, structuring, design flow, and query optimization.
  • Conduct statistical analysis using machine learning methods and predictive modeling.
  • Develop measurement frameworks for new marketing strategies using financial modeling and multi-touch attribution.
  • Design and build telemetry and usage tracking solutions for business intelligence tools.
  • Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through robust data governance practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
